Prachi & MJ were such a delight to work with! They helped us secure our new home in an ever-changing market. They met our desires yet were honest and realistic with expectations. They are very knowledgeable about the Austin and greater-Austin real estate market, and were a huge resource to us as first-time home-buyers. We could easily depend on them for crucial information and opinions through the whole process; from the first phone call until the day of closing and beyond. We would highly recommend Prachi & MJ to anyone looking to purchase a home, especially first-time buyers!

Venturing into real estate felt like a daunting task until we met the amazing duo - Mj and Prachi. They took a consultative approach from day 1, listened to our needs, and guided us through the entire process through to closing. We loved them so much we purchased a second investment property within a year! They’ve gone above and beyond at every stage and we couldn’t be more thankful. Highly highly recommend working them. MJ and Prachi are some of the most professional, intelligent, and supportive individuals I’ve done business with. They were referred to me by close friends who had nothing but the best to say about them, so I took their word and quickly recognized why they were so strongly recommended.MJ and Prachi helped me purchase a few investment property. Each beating what I thought was possible in the ever so competitive and growing Austin Market. I had instant equity! The experience was nothing short of stellar. They supported us through each and every step the process, and was even a resource after the purchase was complete.I couldn’t recommend them more and am incredibly appreciative of all their help and support over the years. I'm confident you won't regret going with these two!

MJ and Prachi were great to work with. They are hard working agents who are very knowledgeable of the Austin real estate market. They are great consultants who were driven to make us successful! They took the time to understand our requirements/goals and to prepare us on what is needed to be successful which allowed us to quickly and confidently get the right home. Their knowledge, connections and tactical approach helped us beat the market even in these highly competitive conditions! They also made sure that we were satisfied and happy throughout the journey. Even after finding us our home, they were always available to help answer questions and guide us in getting the most out of the process. Prachi and MJ are pros and are trustworthy! I was referred to them by a friend and after having worked with them, I have already referred them to my friends. I recommend them to anyone looking for a Home in the Austin area!

The path to your oasis, to your empire

Austin

Live Music Capital of the World. The next Silicon Valley. The capital of Texas. Home of the University of Texas. Weird. Austin, with a population of around 1 million, possesses many identities. The one thing that brings all of those identities under one roof is the much-praised quality of life in Austin. But don’t take our word for it. In 2020, U.S. News & World Report named Austin the best place to live in the country.

Pflugerville

Ranked as the third most diverse suburb in the Austin area and the fifth best city in Texas, Pflugerville has a pfunny name and, appropriately, offers plenty of pfun. It’s home to the 180-acre Lake Pflugerville, the adjacent Lake Pflugerville Park, and the Typhoon Texas waterpark; and it hosts several annual festivals.

Manor

Situated about 15 miles northeast of Austin, Manor is close enough to the big city for convenience, yet far enough away to immerse yourself in small-town living. Now bursting with subdivisions of one- and two-story, single-family homes, Manor (pronounced MAY-ner) has witnessed stunning growth. Its population skyrocketed 187% from 2010 to 2019, with 13,866 people calling it home as of July 2019. It’s poised for even more growth, thanks to its proximity to the State Highway 130 (SH 130) toll road and its abundance of affordable land. A proposed 27-mile extension of the region’s MetroRail commuter line would connect Manor to downtown Austin. Just to the east of Manor’s city limits is the Wildhorse master-planned community. The community, which covers 1,500 acres near SH 130 and U.S. Highway 290 East, is propelling growth in and around Manor.

Round Rock

Round Rock is recognized around the world as the global headquarters of tech giant Dell Technologies Inc., which posted $92.2 billion in revenue during its 2020 budget year. But Austin’s largest suburb is known for much more than one of the region’s largest employers. Round Rock is also home to the minor-league Round Rock Express baseball team, the highly rated Round Rock Independent School District, three college campuses, over 20 miles of hike-and-bike trails, and more than 30 parks—including the 640-acre Old Settlers Park. Perhaps most importantly, it’s ranked one of the best U.S. cities to buy a house and one of the country’s coolest suburbs.

Cedar Park

If you love outdoor recreation and indoor sports, Cedar Park might be the spot for you. This Austin suburb features 1,000 acres of parkland, 30 miles of trails, the minor-league Texas Stars hockey team, and the minor-league Austin Spurs basketball team. And if you’re in the mood for entertainment, the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park—the home arena of the Stars and Spurs—hosts an array of concerts, shows, and other events.

Leander

From 2018 to 2019, the population of Leander expanded by an eye-popping 12%. That put it at No. 1 in the country for the one-year growth rate among cities with at least 50,000 residents. So, why did Leander’s population skyrocket to 62,608 as of July 2019? There’s a slew of answers to that question. One reason: The Leander Independent School District ranks among the top 25 school districts in Texas. Additionally, the MetroRail commuter line runs from Leander to downtown Austin, enabling residents to work at one of Austin’s many employers yet live in the suburbs. For those who prefer to drive, the 183A toll road runs through Leander.
